CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to both myself and other clients, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation. I understand that life happens! In cases of illness, emergencies, or severe weather, please reach out as soon as possible — I’ll do my best to work with you.
